"A Maize 'N' Ale" is a medium hopped, cream ale. With a grain bill much like a continental style pilsner, this beer is light and refreshing, perfect for a hot summer afternoon.
Includes: For Extract:
- Liquid or Dried Malt Extracts
- Specialty grain for steeping
- Muslin grain bag
- Irish moss for clarification
- Hops
- Yeast (if desired)
- Bottling Sugar (if desired)
- Other adjuncts depending on recipe

All our recipes can be selected as either all-grain or extract kits. Additionally, you can choose your preferred yeast and carbonation method. We automatically suggest specific yeast for these kits, but you are absolutely free to select your own. Simply select the no yeast options in the menus present, then add your desired yeast to your order. For carbonation method, selecting kegging will remove the bottling sugar. Selecting bottle conditioning will leave present the bottling sugar.
