This Belgian Black Ale uses Belgian Ale yeast and debittered black and pale chocolate malts to redefine what dark beers can be, resulting in a highly quaffable dark beer with a moderate body and mouthfeel.
This Belgian Black Ale kit contains:
9 lbs of German Pilsner Malt or
6.6 lbs of Pilsen Liquid Extract
2 lbs of CaraMunich 40L, Pale Chocolate and Carafa I Malts
2 oz of Hallertau Herbrucker Pellet Hops
Muslin Steeping and/or hop bag
Irish Moss for Kettle Clarification/Sedimentation
As with all our recipe kits, you have several options for milling, liquid or dry yeast, and with or without priming sugar.
