Our first NE-Inspired kit, juicy, fruity, hazy deliciousness. Fermentis S-04 Yeast leaves a nice malt backbone to this hop monster of a beer. Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic dominate the nose, bursting with strong citrus, berry, and tropical fruits. Flaked oat adjuncts add a stable hazy and smooth mouthfeel that is the hallmark of the hazy style.
